The teacher training courses offered at PHMTEC are designed to prepare teachers:
- To meet the responsibility for the accurate assessment of the child’s learning abilities and learning styles. The imperative for meeting the needs of each student requires the teacher to be properly trained and prepared to guide the student through an individually designed curriculum.
- To create an environment that allows the building of sequential curriculum and lessons that create a solid foundation for learning and the growth of self-esteem. It is our mission to prepare teachers to effectively utilize their observation and teaching skills in order to evaluate and diagnose cognitive development, while nurturing the whole child while administering an individualized curriculum within a peaceful environment.
